Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide.* We offer free shipping on orders of $150 and up to US destinations, and free shipping on orders of $200 and up to international destinations.
For your convenience, there's a shipping calculator located at the bottom of the shopping cart page. After you've added items to your cart it will tell you how much it will cost for us to ship them to you, no matter where you live! Our shipping rates are calculated by USPS in REAL TIME. They are genuine shipping rates, not inflated artificially by us. International shipping is not necessarily inexpensive and we're so sorry that this is out of our hands. USPS' international shipping rates were raised significantly in 2016. Please be aware that certain countries charge import fees on goods that are out of our control and not covered by our shipping charges. Please read the blurb on this in our FAQ if you're ordering from abroad.
Despite being a Montreal, Canada based company, please note that we ship orders from a PO box located in New York, USA. This ensures affordable rates and tracking for American customers, as well as lower rates and tracking for many overseas destinations.
Our shipping schedule is as follows:
Orders ship three times a week - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Please consider the following cut-off times for an idea of when your order will ship, regardless of the service you've chosen (note that during especially busy times such as new collection launches, major sales, etc. your order might be pushed by one ship date):
PLEASE NOTE THAT ORDERS SET TO SHIP ON U.S. AND CANADA STATUTORY HOLIDAYS WILL BE PUSHED TO THE FOLLOWING SHIP DAY
- ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN FRIDAY AT NOON EST AND MONDAY AT NOON EST SHIP TUESDAY.
- ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN MONDAY AT NOON EST AND WEDNESDAY AT NOON EST SHIP THURSDAY.
- ORDERS PLACED BETWEEN WEDNESDAY AT NOON EST AND FRIDAY AT NOON EST SHIP SATURDAY.
THE ONLY EXCEPTION TO THIS SCHEDULE IS THE CANADA POST SMALL PACKET INTERNATIONAL SERVICE WHICH SHIPS TUESDAYS AND FRIDAYS WITH CUT-OFF AT 10 AM EST ON THOSE DAYS.
AMERICAN CUSTOMERS: Rates are calculated in real time by the USPS. All US parcels are tracked.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: Orders containing only small quantities of lightweight, flat items such as patches can be sent via Canada Post small packet which is inexpensive but does not include tracking. For all larger orders, you will be able to choose between USPS First Class Package Intl. and USPS Priority Mail Intl. services. They include some tracking (delivery confirmation) to some but not all countries. USPS gives an approximate delivery time of 7 to 21 days. Priority mail is insured which means that we can file a claim if the parcel gets lost. First class mail is NOT INSURED and very difficult to track down if it gets lost in the mail system.
We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred, and unfortunately we cannot falsify customs information on parcels. Sorry dudes!
*We no longer ship to Brazil, Argentina or Mexico due to continuous issues with their postal services. So sorry about that! We ship to Canada from our Canadian site - stayhomeclub.ca
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on full-priced APPAREL items within 40 days of ship date (for untracked orders) or 30 days of the date tracking indicates delivery. Except for in special cases (defective merchandise, etc), the customer will be expected to pay the return shipping cost. IF WE MADE A MISTAKE WITH YOUR ORDER OR YOUR ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT@STAYHOMECLUB.COM instead of using this form.
Customers returning items have the choice to accept a refund for the value of the original item (MINUS the original shipping cost) or to receive store credit for the value of the original item PLUS the original shipping cost. If you wish to exchange an item, upon returning the item you will receive a gift card code for the value of the original item plus shipping back out to you. You are then free to place a new order for the size/style you'd prefer using that code.
Note that we offer this service on apparel items because we understand that it's hard to be sure of fit when purchasing online. All other items (accessories, jewellery, stationery, etc) are non-refundable.
